I've never belonged to a gym here, a few of my friends go to NOAC, so I think that may be the move, curious what gyms peopl prefer? I'm Bywater based.
I have chronic pain, and would love to find a great PT, I've never trusted chiropractors, but if you've had an amazing experience with one I'm open!
Looking for a great acupuncture experience and some classes that will kick my butt (weights, pilates, core, etc).
Main focus is on stretching and healing while building muscle and stamina. I love running. Love high impact. Love a challenge.
