What would you consider an average / acceptable price for a 3-room apartment in Mannheim Schwetzingerstadt / Oststadt with new kitchen + bathroom, balcony and bedroom facing a courtyard and they allow pets but it's on the 5th floor without elevator and close to a church? Really loving the apartment layout but trying to get a feel before commiting.
