I’m 10 weeks post op from my mpfl surgery. Everything has been going pretty good and I’m slowly getting back to walking on my own or just using one crutch. However, when I try to go to sleep or just rest after walking my good knee tends to be in pain and feels swollen. It’s not to the point where it hurts so bad but even laying on my good side while I try to sleep hurts after a while. I’ve also noticed that when I walk I hear a sound on my knee. Almost as if im cracking my knuckles sounds like. I don’t know if this has been common to others esp after mpfl post op and trying to learn how to walk again🥲
