2nd time I’ve brought this bad boy on a hike (last one was to a waterfall and this won’t be the last time). This handy thing survived a 3 hour hike to the top while it was raining (but I recommend keeping it in a waterproof ziplock bag to keep it from getting water damaged). But anyhoo, you can literally just tuck it into your hiking pants and take it out any time you’d like.
