Long story short, used to use the DJI Mic mini’s for audio only. I’m a noob when it comes to audio. I upgrade my rig and in the process got an XLR Handle. I have a shotgun mic, connected into input 1, my mic mini’s transmitter in input 3. When the session was done and I exported my raw video into resolve ( bc that’s what I use) I had all 4 channels, but my mic mini’s do not sync perfectly with the shotgun mic. I am a noob, again lol. But I’m trying to get it in resolve to where the mic mini’s don’t do an echo over the shotgun mic, to where the shotgun mic can be ambiance when shooting certain scenes and my mic mini’s can be used at the same time for whenever the speaker is talking in the tracks. So essentially I just need the shot to have that shotgun mic ambiance, and also my my mini’s talking when it’s needed, but not interfere with eachother or sound like two are going at once. Because when on my mic mini’s I use stereo recording, and have 2 going at the same time, and they do not overlap, like the speaker in both mics is synced perfectly to where it doesn’t feel like I am hearing him twice. If I just need to put the mini’s in input 2 with a XLR - TRS cable than I can order that. Also I tried syncing in resolve just with the auto track sync. Doesn’t seem to work.
I just need someone to let me know what I am doing wrong, again sorry for the paragraph. I am still a little new to audio.
