I've been working on a side project that I think could be useful for anyone running an online store on Lazada or Shopee here.
Quick context: I noticed that most marketplace sellers in SG spend hours every day replying to customer messages, tracking orders, monitoring stock, and updating listings. A hiring a part-time VA costs $1.2-2K/month, and most tools out there are built for Amazon/Shopify sellers, not for Lazada/Shopee.
So I'm building an AI agent that plugs into your Lazada seller account (via their official API) and handles the repetitive stuff automatically — things like answering buyer questions using your actual product info, alerting you on WhatsApp when stock is low or orders are about to miss their shipping deadline, and auto-responding to reviews.
I'm currently looking for a few Lazada/Shopee sellers in Singapore who'd be willing to try it for free in exchange for honest feedback. If you sell on either platform and you're drowning in operational work, I'd love to chat.
