I started a Instagram page about BMWs a few years ago, and I'm happy to say it is now one of the largest car-niche pages on Instagram with over 225,000 followers!
I've done sponsored posts in the past, and I charge about $120 per post, but I have gotten lazy asf… (stopped posting due to focusing on another business)
Recently met someone that had a niche-page just like mine. And only 100k followers + same engagement, but he showed me that he charges $500 per post. WTF lol
I mean, I knew that sponsored posts have inflated in price since I was doing them, but this is crazy to me. One post per week at that price would cover my rent. So I feel like I should hire a VA to post for me or something. Posting takes almost no time, but I just don’t have the focus. Does that make any sense?
Anyway, almost all of the followers are from USA/UK/GER. He told me to just find someone that has time to post on it and share the account 50/50 or sell the whole thing to them, but I want to hear if you guys have any better ideas.
TLDR: I grew an Instagram page to a pretty large size of people in a valuable niche. Missing a decent opportunity.
