It’s been over 6 months since I was given my first coaching for points (bad man I know) since it’s been longer than 6 months and I’m still on it, i went to ask my manager and he says because I got a half point in feb, my 6 month coaching time resets… never heard that before is he right? If that’s the case someone could hypothetically be on a coaching forever should they show up late once every 5 months no?
