Hi, I accidentally input the wrong email address after applying for a GFiber prepaid. I scheduled the installation, they texted me that it was successful but I haven’t received any email yet about the installation. Hindi rin ma-access sa GlobeOne app kasi wrong mobile number daw yung nilagay ko kahit tama naman.
What to do?
