Hello everyone! I’m on the journey to buy my first ‘proper’ watch. I’ve wanted a chronograph for a long time and recently discovered the Hamilton murph. I tried on a few that I’ve had my eye on for a while in my local shop and wanted to get some collective opinions.
I have a 7.5” wrist. I love the Seiko but at 39mm it seemed small, especially after trying it on directly after the Bulova (43mm). The murph is 42mm. Weirdly the Seiko sat flat on the flattest part of my wrist, the Bulova felt a bit clunky (although I suspect that’s because I only wear an Apple Watch!).
I know ultimately it’s down to how I feel about the watch but just thought I’d throw it out to the group to get thoughts while I mull over / go to try back on again! What are all your thoughts on the sizes?
