I won this in a pre-lease pack sale on whatnot. Should I submit it expedited despite looking R heavy?

Lack of Customer Support for Damaged Card

So in general I’ve liked the app until I received a mega absol with a bubble on the holo print. I’ve tried to contact support through the app for a week and have not had any response from a team member. Is this normal?
