Hi guys,

been dealing with some unauthorized charges on my Xfinity account. At first I had some dude hacking my account and got it fixed via Xfinity. changed password and did the whole thing. but it appears its not enough as I woke up to a $105 charge at 7am. Quickly called xfinity and they said they fixed it. confused as how they got in as the charge was transfered from a different account to mine?
