Fan goes crazy after booting / Ventilateurs qui tournent à fond après redémarrage

Hello, I got a PC in November, it was on my desk at first but after a few times slamming my hand against it, I put it on the floor. It went very well until 3 days ago, I booted it up and the fan was spinning as fast as possible. Now, every time I boot it, it's normal until the lock screen, and then the fan goes at full speed. I cleaned it with a brush and compressed air but I didn't take anything apart. Sorry for my bad enhlish if you need anymore information tell me (the temps are normal)
FR: Salut j'ai eu un PC en novembre et je l'avais mis sur mon bureau, après m'être explosé la main contre le pc je l'ai mis par terre. Ca se passait bien jusqu'à il y a 3 jours, je l'ai démarré et les ventilateurs ont tournés à fond. Maintenant à chaque fois que je le démarre, le son est normal jusqu'à l'écran de verrouillage où les ventilateurs se mettent a tourner à fond. Je l'ai nettoyé avec un pinceau et une bombe à air comprimée mais je n'ai rien démonté. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'info dites le moi
