My PC has a bluescreen crashing issue, but not in the way you'd expect.

Apologies for the clickbait title, but I genuinely don't know how to describe the issue I have with my PC.

So every once in a while, especially during sessions that last longer than an hour, my PC will "Bluescreen" and reboot itself. The bluescreen in this instance is a very loose term, considering that there is nothing blue about it. The PC will freeze for about 5 seconds, then display the error message and code over whatever is currently on screen. I barely have time to read the error code before the PC restarts automatically. Thanks to the SSD I have dedicated to running Windows 11 OS, the restart takes less than 30 seconds.

The error code is CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT, which according to Google is possibly a driver issue or a CPU issue. I've made sure all my drivers are up to date and have run multiple tests on the CPU (Intel i9). The odd thing is that this crashing issue happens most often if Chrome is running, and only started recently even though I've had this CPU installed for about 4 years now.

Is there anything obvious that I may have overlooked? Any advice is appreciated!

If I can manage to grab a video of the crash in progress fast enough, I'll add it to this post asap
