Hello guys. I’ve been a tss since december and prior to this, i’ve never worked any job ap related. I’m nervous that i’ll eventually get fired. Since starting, i’ve only gotten 1 PMR and 2 call out that have led to an apprehension. I occasionally have call outs and notice some repeats but it never leads up to anything. How do you get good at noticing theft? any tips to get better at the job? It suck’s because i feel so behind compared to my coworkers and i feel like im a terrible tss and i feel that i may come off as if im not trying or that im lazy. It doesn’t help that i have inattentive adhd 😭 im really trying to get better at the job but i just feel so behind and i feel like i lack and i dont belong in ap kind of like imposter syndrome. any advice? im good at writing up reports atleast (2-3 a day)
