We have just purchased a 2018 Ford with Sync version 3.4. There is no navigation option at the bottom and in the settings nothing for Android Auto or Apple Car Play.

I've tried what everyone else seems to suggest online but nothing has worked. Latest update was completed today. Tried different cables, phones & ports. I feel as if I am missing something obvious. The USB port charges the phone when connecting so that at least shows it isn't dead. Any help would be appreciated.
