I’ve been working out since January and I mostly have my lift forms down and on my chest press I feel like my eccentric is good!
However on my concentric, I feel like I might not have proper form because it feels like it’s all triceps/arms lifting the dumbbells up after I get a good stretch on the eccentric.
Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? It feels the same on flat and incline press. Thank you for any advice.
