Beginner routine help
Ok so this is my beginner routine that I created. The only equipment I have is a pull up bar, a 16kg kettlebell and well, a wall and floor. I was planning to do this three times a week, probably monday, wednesday, and saturday with running on two / three off days.
This targeted all major muscles but I wanted to see if I should add / remove any exercises for any reasons.
Pushups 8 - 10 reps
Rest 60 secs
Lunges 20 per leg
Rest 60 secs
Repeat 2x
Squats 15 - 20 reps
Rest 60 secs
Pull ups 5 - 10 reps
Rest 60 secs
Repeat 2x
Hanging leg raises 2 - 6 reps
Rest 60 secs
Kettlebell swings
Rest 60 secs
Chin ups 3 - 8 reps
Rest 60 secs
Repeat 2x
