Hi everyone,

I’m a Aus citizen visiting America in Aug 2026.
I’ve booked a flight from Sydney Australia to New York but I have a layover in Dallas.
The layover is 2hours & 20minutes & I need to get my bag from my international flight, recheck it (for domestic American Airlines flight), clear immigration, transfer terminals (most likely) & get through security.
From your experience, even better if you’re an AUS citizen visiting, is this enough time to make our connecting flight with our checked bags too?

Any advice or info is appreciated!
