I'm currently in my undergrad, and becoming an RBT would be my first real clinical job. I just got a job offer from Kadiant in the Bay Area, and I've seen some mixed reviews online. Especially in regards to their sign-on benefits, they're offering to pay for the training and give $26 an hour, which is honestly the highest rate I've ever been offered at a job before. I understand that $500 might not cover the entire 40-hour training, but I would reason that it's still better than paying for it myself, right?

My dream clinical job is to be CMA in my undergrad, but most clinics won't hire regular MAs without clinical experience. Does anyone have any other experience with Kadiant that I should know before I start the onboarding, or should I just bite the bullet for the experience?
