Diagnosed just today - feel like a fraud

I was diagnosed with ADHD only today. My initial reaction is skeptical. I mean yes I have a very busy mind and I never rest , but I do manage in life.

I was asked questions about my current life and then had to give an example in my childhood. It did feel like a thorough assessment. A lot of the childhood questions I just couldn't remember back to .

Did anyone else feel like that after their diagnosis?

Nervous for assessment interview

Going for an ADHD assessment next week. I've been told it will last 1 hour or maybe more. What kind of questions will I be asked? I've already filled in a lot of questionnaires that don't just screen ADHD but also anxiety , depression and PTSD

Hi all, based in Ireland but previously lived in UK for numerous years . Wait list for ADHD private assessment in Ireland can be long so I'm considering going to the UK. It's all online anyway.

My health insurance pays for a significant amount of the cost as long as the assessor is registered with the British general council

My GP really wants me to go for an ADHD assessment. I'm open to it as I think a diagnosis will help me. I know Dr Ivan Murray in Nuromed is supposed to be very good, but he has a 2 month waiting list , while it is 3 weeks for other doctors in Nuromed. Has anyone gone with them?

The other thing is id like to be assessed for autism too , and I think Nuromed only do ADHD.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an organization that does both. I'm sure it will work out cheaper doing it that way?

Also has anyone got a diagnosis abroad like in the UK for example. Any recommendations would be appreciated, as if it is over video call it might work out cheaper?

Thanks
