- Discovering Beyond the City Wall: Bann Yuan — May 7, starts at MRT Hua Lamphong. Guided walk through Bangkok's old Vietnamese quarter. Free and offbeat.

- Dead Poet Society stage play (OpenMax 26) — May 8, OpenSchool for Creatives, Thonglor. Thai production of the classic story.
Music
- Public Service Broadcasting — May 11, Mr.FOX Live House. UK act that mixes archival documentary audio into post-rock. Small venue, good show.
Muay Thai
- Rajadamnern: Wildest Muay Thai Event — May 11, Rajadamnern Stadium. If you haven't been to live Muay Thai yet, this is the venue to do it.
