So in February 2026 I made several orders from G-wolves and you know what? None of them were shipped. Even now, on the 6th of May there is no tracking info for any of my orders. Trying to get a refund, but support just fully ignores me, even when I do follow ups every 2 days. If you want to order from them, be ready to face the worst customer service to ever exist. Not that far from a scam company tbh.
What’s even worse, is that they tell that one of my orders was sent in march, but there is no tracking info when I use the tracking number they provide for 2 months already. Recently they sent me the link to track it and gave a tracking number and its says “not found” so they dont even check it! And of course, they dont provide any proof that the parcel was actually sent. All they sent to me is just some cropped chinese screenshot that absolutely gives nothing.
