Hello! I just moved here long term.

After looking obsessively over ddproperty and facebook marketplace for the past two days, I decided I should look for a agent, since this is eating away so many hours daily, just to filter scams, old ads, trap ads just to funnel other properties, and so on. Also, my taste is a bit different as I'm not really interested in new shoebox shiny places at all.

How do you guys find real estate agents to do the searching for you? I have heard usually the commision is paid by the landlord, not by me. So I wanted to ask here.
