I had c diff. I took dificid. Then took the laxative vowst sends. Then within 2 or 4 days started vowst whatever it said to do I did. The timeline is strict. And took no probiotics or anything to compete with vowst. No sugar and no artificial sweetener. Without vowst I dont know, its just scary.
