Seniors I have some questions -

1 - College kaisa hai teachers kaise hai? (chutiyo ki tarah bas bhai bekaar college hai dead hai kabhi mat aana mat chilaane lagna) (achi guidance do i mean agar koi hard working bacha hai to kaisa college hai uske liye)

2 - semester exam tough rehte hai ya easy I mean copy checking ka kya seen hai number bhut muskil se aate hai ya mil jaate hai number teek taak (7-8 CGPA ban jaati hai)

3 - Best branch kon si hai?

4 - CSE Or ECE ka kya seen hai?? Kaise faculty hai??

5 - Placement and training cell kaisa hai?? I mean mere college me sir log hamse consult krke kuch companies bulate the to kya IET lucknow me bhi faculties or departments helpful rahenge placement ke liye??

6 - Attendance ka kya seen hai??

7 - Ragging hoti hai??

8 - Dress chalti hai??

9 - best and worst things about this college

10 - Bhai agar kisiko pata ho yrr ki CUET me kitne number laane padenge to plzzz batao help karo

I am 20 Male

My father died on December 2023 and he had one building in the city in which there are two shops the two shops are in rent with the one guy and he was sending the rent to my father and I don't care and don't know about that guy at all

But after my father death I went to the shop and ask about the rent and he said the rent was ₹1000 for both shop and I was just shocked but after 3 -4 months I asked him to increase the rent price to ₹4000 but he denied and only increased to ₹1500 per month for both shop

But slowly and slowly he is getting on my nerves and I finally gathered courage to ask him to leave the shop but he told me that your father has made an agreement of 15 years with him for this shop on just 1000 per month and he also took 3 lakh from him as security fees(I just immediately call my mom to ask for this agreement and 3 lakh money and mom said he don't know about this agreement and money) (mom also had told me earlier that he is in the shop for 18+ years) then I asked him to show the agreement and this is what he shows

Now my question is is this agreement real Or fake

And what is the next step to kick him out of the shop??
