Good morning,

We have a customer with a 90G rev1 unit that wants to buy a second unit for HA. I know FortiNET replaced it with a rev2 unit and they cannot HA with each other.

I have tried reaching out to support, our CAM, the account SE, and even distribution and no one can confirm if we can still order a 90G rev1 or if there is a process where if we purchase a rev2 unit then we can RMA or exchange the existing rev1 for a rev2 so they match.

Its been about 2 weeks now and all we keep hearing is we are looking into it.

Has anyone done this or know what the process may be?
