Blended silken tofu as greek yogurt flavoring?
I really love the texture of silken tofu/adding it blended to stuff like soup as a heavy cream replacement. I'd like to eat it similarly to a bowl of yogurt but am unsure about the taste - I usually added vanilla and a liquid sweetener (like agave syrup) and had nonfat greek yogurt as a dessert snack/sweet breakfast food. Greek yogurt was one of my fav foods + I like that is has an amount of protein that is not usually in vegan yogurts.
Would a similar flavor be achievable with tofu or is the soy taste harder to hide under sugar? Have not yet tried but am a bit nervous just because I always have eaten it savory.
