Handmade print thrifted from Omaha, NE

Not sure what form of printmaking this is… but I love this piece so much - I became so fond of its imperfections that I left the rip unfixed, and he’s been hanging like this for almost three years now.

Printed over a green-washed 1968 issue of “Daily Racing Form” newspaper, ~15x19” Modular frame, with home-made black matting. Completely unsigned/un-numbered (I took it out of the frame and checked the back). Possibly student artwork?
