High risk pregnancy being ignored

So I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant with my 4th pregnancy. My first pregnancy in 2023 was a miscarriage, my second my son was born in 2024 and my pregnancy last year 2025 with our 3rd was sadly stillborn.

I was rejected by Joan Kirner where I went my last two pregnancies and am currently referred to Werribee Mercy but the experience with the whole thing has been so stressful even tho my midwife was lovely

I had preeclampsia and GD with my second who was also premature and diagnosed with Graves’ disease with my 3rd and my doctor put everything into my referral letter however so far I’ve only had one appointment with my midwife and the next is at 26 weeks and she sent for a 20 week scan but I only heard from them yesterday and they gave my appointment away (the convo was pretty much lmao whoops) also she asked if I had the scan already but I’ve been waiting for THEM to contact me for it????. My boyfriend called them and he told another receptionist about my being high risk and having a stillborn and when the receptionist looked at my referral letter instead of my file, her tone changed and said she’d put a note for urgency on it and they’d be in contact before I’m 22 weeks.

Apparently my complications in pregnancies and miscarriage/stillborn births weren’t in my file or the fact I’m high risk at all and it’s been so awful to deal with because people I know have said they had more appointments and scans after loss but it feels like I’m being left stranded

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? I’m going to my doctor on my Monday to tell her everything because she’s getting sick of it to.

TLDR; High risk pregnancy wasn’t in files and receiving minimal care or treatment
