How should breath support *feel* /mental ques

I've hit a road block with my singing and I think it's because of my breath support. My whole time studying I've been told to *squeeze* etc etc but actually I've been finding I'm over supporting? And dumping too much air through my vocal chords. What I've found from working on it is it feels like *almost* holding your breath but only like 70% and that seems to help? Any advice on how to know if I'm supporting the correct way? Because now I'm more relaxed but have lost some power in my white notes but gonna work some more on it anyways. Above is the results of my work today

Hi I've hit a bit of a plateau in my singing despite having a BAmus (think I need a refund for my student loan tbh lol), if you could give me like 3-4 exercises to do for the next month to help my voice as well as perhaps some mental ques to help my voice thanks :)

Some things mentally that are going on:

- I just can't seem to get "support" no matter how hard I seem to squeeze therefore I think my issue isn't too little support but that it's not anchored correctly somehow?

- in terms of resonance I tend to get a bit of a "stuffy nose" kinda feeling going on like the air isn't *pinging* the way it's supposed to

-my lows in particular tend do suffer as I have a CT dominant voice
