Workout advice
I have a dumbbell and a pull up bar at home. What exercises could I incorporate with these two things. I am also going on runs at the park where I also do dips at the dip bar. My primary focus is slowly training to do calisthenics. I am also thinking about keeping one active rest day in between the days I train so that I keep focus on training mobility, and flexibility. Could you guys give me some ideas for ab and chest workouts. Are pushups enough? I would gladly appreciate some feedback
