Problem/Goal:
Landlord is making us pay another 5k before we leave and is gaslighting me na one month delay ako nagbabayad when I know for a fact that’s not true.
Context:
Two months deposit and one month adv ang requirement niya nung lumipat kami.
First day Lipat, paid 1 month Adv and 1 month deposit. Told her to follow nalang yung 2nd depo.
I always give the money to my husband to pay kaya I never checked kung ano yung sinusulat ni Landlord sa mga receibo. Mali mali na pala pag sulat niya or baka premeditated budol. Then she sent me her breakdown on paper di niya initemize yung Aug-Dec like she did with the year 25-26. Ang ginawa niya is: “Aug-Dec’24 Paid” diba nakakaduda??
New landlord says to show receipts and explain tapos block nalang kasi di niya kami mahabol since may receibo ako. But what do you think?

Previous Attempts:
I showed her the receipts I kept with her handwriting and signature but she’s still denying everything and pushing her narrative.
Imagine for two receipts inulit ulit niya yung month? Pwede ba yon?
