Thinking of taking summer sem to boost my CGPA and wanted to hear from people who’ve done it.

What’s the process like to register for it?
When does the preference or registration form usually come out?
For girls, which hostel do they usually allot during summer, is it the same or different?
How does the mess situation work during this time?
Anything else I should know before deciding?
