So getting quotes to get more outlets on my wall and a recessed media box. Going with Sanus VXL7 mount due to my stud placement. Attached photo the green tape is my tv outline with the middle tape (with the “bullseye”)being the center of the tv. The red drawing is what they want to do. Is that box going to be too high to run the hdmi and power to be a true flush mount? I keep reading that the cord is thick. And from pictures it looks like the cables are designed to run out the bottom left (when looking at tv). What I thought was going to be enjoyable is stressing me out trying to make sure it comes out perfect. Thanks in advance for any help and for help I’ve already received.

Perfect center in my wall is 3” off from center of stud on 16” stud spacing. Too small to notice? Or is there enough play in the mount bracket to get it absolutely center? Can’t for the life of me find a mounting template online with measurements.
