What are my chances of getting accepted?

Trying to apply for a TN visa for the first time. I live in Canada and went to college in the US. I played basketball in college so ended up transferring twice mainly for basketball reasons. I had a F-1 visa for all 3 of the universities I went to. I graduated this last May and back in Canada. I have a Job offer for a company in the US that I had done an online internship with.

The two big problems are the job category and the degree title. The closest job category to the one i’m going to is management consultant. I’ve been learning with them online and worked on multiple new platform integrations for optimizing the workflow. I heard that can help with the TN case.
The problem is my degree is Called Regents bachelor of arts. But, most of my course work was business courses. I was in a business major in 3 of the 4 years i was studying in the US. Only had to graduate with that title due to a basketball transfer situation where some credits weren’t transferrable to my new college. So, I had to change majors after most of my business degree was done.
I had called an immigration lawyer and as soon as he heard the degree title, he said I don’t qualify and that I need a business degree. But also read in other places online that I can make a strong case by including my transcripts in my TN package to show that I’m originally a business administration major.
If someone has been in a similar situation, let me know how it went!

7 footer looking to buy his first truck

7’1 here actually, not many cars I can fit in without struggling. Was recently gifted a 2017 honda civic LX with only 28,500 kms on it (or 17,700 miles) by an old family member. Yeah just imagine shaq getting in and out of that thing. I drive it with my knees and have to force my legs away from the wheel to be able to turn.

The market price for it here in Ontario is around 18k-21k cad. What’s the best cars I can look at that are spacious, reliable, and not very outdated? Open to big suvs and trucks but this would be my first truck ever. I figured the day would come asp. I would use it for a daily driver and most probably won’t use it for any work. Will travel a lot with it. Feel free to make suggestions.
