Hi everyone, I’m looking for insights or anyone with similar experience.
I had unprotected sex around May 2–3 (not 100% sure of exact date). We did NOT use any contraception.
During intercourse, there was partial ejaculation inside (not fully, but some did happen).
Based on my tracking app (Femometer), my ovulation was first predicted around May 9 but later updated to May 7. So this happened roughly 4–5 days before ovulation.
I’m a bit anxious because I know sperm can survive up to 5 days, so this might fall within the fertile window.
For context, I also have myoma nodule and adenomyosis (diagnosed August 2025). Not sure if that affects fertility or chances in this situation.
Last cycle, I had a similar situation (also unprotected around ovulation window), and I still got my period (just delayed by 2 days), so I’m unsure how to interpret this one.
My questions:
What is my actual pregnancy risk in this situation?
Does partial ejaculation significantly increase the chance?
Should I still consider emergency contraception or just wait it out?
Any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thank you.
