
CASPA SHOULD HAVE HELP ON WEEKENDS
CASPA makes so much money from application fees, yet they can’t even provide support on weekends? I’ve had a glitch for an entire week that prevents me from submitting my applications. I’ve called multiple times and emailed multiple times, and they still haven’t fixed it. Then they dared to say, “Well, the good part is your deadline is still far out.” Like… do you realize these programs use rolling admissions? I could have submitted my applications a whole WEEK ago. Could've been a whole week before everyone who submitted this past week. Now I’m stuck, unable to do anything because they close at 5 PM and don’t operate on weekends. So, where is ALL THE MONEY from these application fees actually going? I’m genuinely confused that they can't even keep customer service open on the weekends.
