My brother has had his own company open for around 7 years, where he has developed webapps for a few clients. Mainly in React and a few on WordPress. He was the only one working as a full stack developer, and the other person was in sales and marketing. He would hire freelancers for design or any role as and when required based on the project. He would earn around 60 to 80k monthly, but it would vary.
Now, it has come to a stage where he wants to shutdown the company as Business is not good for the past year and work as a developer in a company.
Now, I need help to transition my brother to get a job.
Questions:
Has anyone transitioned from owning their own company to an employee ? Want to know about the journey or path taken
Any suggestions for making the change ?
Will not having payslip impact his chances ? He would get money into the company account but didn't withdraw it monthly.
Can anyone list some companies that may be willing to give him a chance if they are aware of ?
