My child lives in another city with her mother and I pay roughly $900 a month in child support. I get her every long weekend, holidays and every possible chance I can. My question is - when she goes to university how long am I expected to pay child support? I have 4 other small children who live at home and it's a struggle. I of course want to help my daughter, but she wants to be a doctor and I'm not sure how to financially do this for another 10 years.

I'm also curious if her mother has to pay? I don't understand how I would have to pay child support but her mother doesn't legally have to give her anything and chances are she won't and will tell her to get OSAP.
