Is it time to drop a nap? Or something else

Hello all.
6.3 month old the past few nights has been increasing difficult to get to sleep at night.

Previously, a ST baby, we would do bedtime routine and I put him down and walk out and he goes to sleep.
Lately he has been crying, I let it go for 10 minutes and then go back in because it’s not usual for him. Sometimes he will be wide awake for another 30 minutes before I can put him down. The issue is he starts to get sleepy while I’m holding him (head resting on me and eyes closing) but soon as I put him down he cries again.
He has 3-4 MOTN wake ups, which is kind of normal for him. I’ve tried to let him fio for 10 minutes before going in but sometimes im half asleep and just go straight in so I’m not very consistent. The last wake up around 5 I end up just grabbing and holding him to his DWT otherwise he won’t go back to sleep.
Last night was the first night his earlier wake up around 2 he wouldn’t go back to sleep I had to go back in again, after I had already fed him. This isn’t normal for him.

I guess I don’t know what’s going on??

His schedule is following
DWT 630am Bedtime 2030pm
2/2.75/2.75/3.5
He gets 3 hours of day time sleep we finally have longer naps of up to 90 minutes (I cap it)

Is it time to drop a nap?

Question to the ACRRM/ RGs out there.

What QLD jobs can I apply for after I finish my Obs AST ?

Background PGY5 ACRRM Reg, only have stamps left for assessment plus need some more time in secondary care.

Will I be expected to be a Reg / PHO still but work Obs (anc, theatre etc, on call) or will I get a job as a p fellow ?

And a bonus question. How do “car allowances work” in qld health jobs.
