Got an upper arm sleeve I got done when I was 18, 16 years ago. It’s Aztec-inspired, and I have no relation to that what so ever.

I'm considering changing it, but I'm unsure what's actually realistic here. Understand that a light cover-up is ofc not possible.

What I dont want:

- full blackout sleeve

- laser removal (prefer to avoid that route)

What I do like:

- geometric patterns / abstract blackwork

- modern ornamental or structured designs

My question is basically:

Is it realistically possible for a skilled artist to rework something like this into a modern geometric/blackwork sleeve that doesn’t read as Aztec anymore?
