Hello,

we bought our Ipad 11th Gen 3 months ago and everything worked fine for us until 2 days ago. For some reason it will shut down despite battery remaining and it refuses to restart.

Sometimes it will restart randomly when we charge it, sometimes not.

We tried forced restart like youtube suggested but this did not help. Is there anything that we can do before going to our local Apple partner store (No istore nearby)?
