I am 19yr old male ,~5.9 ft, 175lbs and I want to cut down to get leaner. I lift 3-5x a week and am starting to run 2-3 times a week. I am currently ~18% bf and I want to end up at 10-13%. Does anyone know what a good calorie intake would be so I can lose bodyfat? Feel free to dm if you have any questions, etc.
