Hi there! I'm getting double incision surgery in 2 months and deciding whether or not to have nipples.
I'd always taken it for granted that I'd want to keep my nipples but during the surgical consult it was clear that if I wanted to go small, I would need free nipple grafts. (No intention to chest feed in my future.)
Now I'm wondering if I'm actually Team No Nips after all.
I'm not really into my nipples sexually, and haven't been for decades.
I'm interested in hearing from folks who have had FNGs, especially after a couple years of healing: how do you feel about your results? What degree of sensation or fun do you get from them, or are they just visual/cool looking?
