Writing General term for FRQ 6

in FRQ 6 for the series, how do you know whether to start at n=0 or n=1? And then how do you write it? Do you have to have the sigma notation so that you're signaling what n you start at? Or is it just the terms you wrote and then +...+ general term (without sigma)? PLEASE HELP THE TEST IS SO SOON

Hi, so my teacher told us that you could use a null hypothesis for any "predict" part of an FRQ if you feel unsure about your prediction. Is this true? And then what would you put as the "justify" section? THANK YOU
