Bought $10 in credit for my son through the Family Safety app so he could buy stuff in game for Minecraft. Only problem is that because we play on PlayStation, he can’t spend it. I tried to submit a refund request and Microsoft keeps saying I’m not signed in to the right account (which is impossible because how else could I see the purchase to request the refund?)

Finally made it to XBox customer support, which is like some kind of minor miracle in itself, and they say it is non-refundable because it’s a Microsoft Account balance. That sounded dumb when the person typed it but even dumber now that I have to type it!

My problem isn’t even the $10, it’s that there’s nothing I could find that says it isn’t refundable and there’s NO FREAKING WAY TO CONTACT SUPORT (at least not easily). On top of that, the refund submission tool fails only at the end, so I can do everything except submit it…and I can’t report the fact that there appears to be an error in the submission tool.

I want to hurt them. How can I hurt them?
