Eufy S4 battery issue, brand new camera, fully charged has lost 70% power in 3 weeks while completely switched off.
New S4 camera, I charged it and added to the app but have not installed it yet, so its been sitting back in its box and switched off for the last 30 days. I made sure to switch it off in the app yet somehow its power has dropped from 100% a month ago to 39% today.
This is my first S4, but I have used other models of Eufy cameras but never seen this happen with them. The power drop is is what i would see with one of my active cameras being triggered in a busy area each day. The S4 has been switched off this entire time, so nothing triggering it, no recordings and nothing in the dashboard that would explain its loss of power.
App dashboard shows zero consumption for the last 30 days, so what might be causing this drop, is the battery faulty or is this normal for the S4 battery to discharge like this?
