Hi everyone,

I desperately need some advice or help. My Discord account was compromised a month ago after I accidentally downloaded a malicious file. The hacker enabled 2FA, so I cannot log in.

Here is my current situation:

• Email: The email address associated with the account has not been changed. I still have full access to the original email.
• Ticket: I opened a support ticket a month ago, but I have not received a resolution yet.
• Measures taken: I have already run a malware scan on my computer to ensure my device is safe.

Does anyone know how to get a faster response or what else I can do to recover the account when 2FA is involved?
