Hi to all the people struggling ik the back pain and the spine problems are all very hard and very depressing there will be all of you at the different ages , phases of life going through some shit and it is very hard to move through it live through it but the only thing that will make you LIVE is your CHARACTER , YOUR STRENGTH, YOUR WILL POWER , TBH im just 16 and this shit have very much affected me not only in negative ways but in positive way much more and i think thats much better than what i was and what i am now it gave me courage , will power I no longer think it as a liability but to prove myself to win over myself and perform better towards me infront of me , my eyes myself at the end i want you all to not to give up theres always a solution always a light you just need to find it struggle for it
Well theres a quote i read “ every defeat is psychological until death “ , also you will never heal with the same mindset you got injured you need to change the things in you your life and that is completely fine dont compare yourself to others focus on yourself your life cause everyone has different types of problems in their life thinking the grass is greener on other side ,some of you may assume that its just my young age confidence but belive me guys YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT AND HEAL 🥰

( i have a disc bulge though its less than many of you suffering from complicated injuries but the things i wrote are no lies )
